We advise both Danish and foreign companies and investors in connection with stock exchange listings and capital markets law issues on an ongoing basis. Thus, we have both experience with stock exchange listings and issues on the Danish and foreign stock exchanges.
In particular, we have experience with the alternative marketplace First North pursuant to which we have assisted a number of clients both with the initial public offering and the subsequent capital raising as well as advising on the relevant rules and regulations, including messages and statements to the relevant marketplace.
