Inger Seeberg is an attorney in Lundgrens’ Litigation & Arbitration Department where she primarily advises clients on environmental and planning law. Inger Seeberg has more than 15 years’ experience as responsible for the environmental and planning field at Københavns Lufthavne A/S, most recently as head of the airport’s Sustainability Services Department.
Inger Seeberg has many years’ practical experience in the environmental and planning field and in negotiation with both governmental and municipal authorities. She has eg. been responsible for the administration of a substantial number of environmental approvals, environmental impact assessments (VVM-screeninger) and environmental impact reports (VVM-redegørelser), administration of pollution cases, new local plans and environmental assessment of such plans, other planning cases, such as rural zone cases and exemption cases, nature protection cases etc. The administration of these cases has been part of both the day-to-day operation of Københavns Lufthavn and Roskilde Lufthavn, the administration of the airport areas and extension and rebuilding projects. In addition, she has been responsible for the administration of cases before the boards, most recently the Danish Town and Country Planning Board of Appeal (Planklagenævnet) and the Danish Environment and Food Board of Appeal (Fødevareklagenævnet)
