Sebastian Juul Mogensen is an assistant attorney in Lundgrens’ IP & Life Science department where he assists the department’s attorneys with handling all types of disputes and contracts concerning intellectual property rights.

Sebastian became a Master of laws from the University of Copenhagen in 2022. He did his master’s thesis on online service providers’ liability for copyright infringements made by its users under article 17 of the new DSM Directive (Directive 2019/790 on Copyright in the Digital Single Market).

In addition, Sebastian has several years of professional experience in providing legal advice in commercial matters, in particular within IP and marketing law, for both national and international clients.

Sebastian has also contributed to the drafting of the chapter on computer games in Jakob Plesner Mathiasen’s and Lasse Lau Nielsen’s book ”Entertainmentretten”, 2. edition 2021.
