The private equity firm Mentha Capital, has entered into an agreement to acquire HOLMRIS B8.
HOLMRIS B8 is a leading furniture-industry sales and design company. The business has more than 250 employees.
The partnership will open strong organic and acquisitive opportunities for HOLMRIS B8, including further expansion into international markets.
The transaction is currently pending approval by relevant competition authorities.
Lundgrens’ core M&A team consisted of Peter Bruun Nikolajsen, Pia Lykke Mathiasen and Ida Johanne Doré Pagh with strong support from the due diligence team consisting of Marie Louise Aagaard, Reza Ahmadian, Anne Lysemose, Jonas Lykke Hartvig-Rovsing, Ditte Burgaard, Daniel Schiøtte Pettersson, Henriette Grundtmann and Bahja Kulane.
