Marie Louise Aagaard is a director in Lundgrens’ department for Employment Law. With more than 16 years of experience, Marie is renowned for her solid experience in advising both Danish as well as international clients on all aspects of employment law.
Marie has a particular focus on advising clients in connection with business transfers, mass redundancies, restructurings, bonus and incentive schemes for key employees, etc. In addition, Marie is an especially experienced adviser within cases involving unfair dismissal on the grounds of age, pregnancy/leave, disability, etc. Marie is also a preferred adviser in cases regarding non-competition clauses and non-solicitation of customers clauses.
In addition to Marie’s long experience in the law profession, she has previously been employed with one of Denmark’s largest unions and has moreover significant expertise in collective bargaining agreements.
