Rasmus Stub is lawyer in Corporate M&A, and he advises Danish and foreign clients in all stages of the transaction process on the seller and the buyer side.

Rasmus also advises on general company law, including capital changes, mergers, divisions, liquidations, restructuring and other corporate law matters.

Rasmus also has experience in advising listed companies, including the process of listing (IPO) companies on First North Denmark.
