Signe Stubbe Kolvig-Raun is an assistant attorney in Lundgrens’ M&A department. Signe deals with a wide range of corporate law tasks and facets of transaction processes on the seller and buyer side, including the preparation of transaction documents and due diligence.
Signe advises both Danish and international clients on general corporate matters, including formation of companies, corporate governance and liquidation of companies, etc.
Signe also works with ESG, where she has, among other things, helped organize courses on the implementation of CSRD.
