Lundgrens is pleased to have assisted Abrdn with the sale of a mixed retail and office property at Frederiksberggade 38 on the high street in Copenhagen, “Strøget”.
The property spans over 7,700 sqm, with approximately 75% being office space and the remaining part being retail space.
A part of the property was newly built in 2019, where the rest was renovated the same year.
The buyer is Alma Property Partners and Kristensen Properties.
