Lundgrens assisted on yet another sale to InstallatørGruppen backed by FSN Capital Partners by the sale of T. Jespersen Ventilation ApS.
Additional five Danish technical installation companies have been acquired by InstallatørGruppen with private equity fund FSN Capital VI.
InstallatørGruppen consisted of eleven technical installation companies, but with these additional acquisition InstallatørGruppen today consists of sixteen companies within electricity, plumbing, optical fiber, ventilation, and cooling systems with a total turnover of around DKK 1.9 billion.
The group’s goal is to create a nationwide market leader and grow with the addition of more local installers from across Denmark.
