One of Denmark's leading online marketing agencies QuantAds has been sold to the international digital agency DEPT.
DEPT has head office in Amsterdam and employs approximately 950 employees in 10 European countries and in USA.
QuantAds employs approximately 50 employees and has head office in Copenhagen.
Lasse Loftin Rasmussen, CEO of QuantAds, states that the acquisition is a crucial part of the company's plans to expand in the Scandinavian market.
