The contract negotiation with Wihlborgs A/S has been very interesting resulting in the mutual agreement of a business lease scheduled to take effect on 1 May 2024.
The forthcoming extensive renovations of the office premises planned to commence in 2024 and are expected to conclude in the first half of 2025, signify a substantial investment of approximately 282 million DKK by Wihlborgs A/S. This strategic move involving the takeover of 62,000 square meters from Danske Bank and the subsequent renovation positions Wihlborgs A/S as a prominent entity within the property industry.
