Lundgrens assists Capto A/S with their sale of the company to EG A/S

The Danish software company Capto A/S has been acquired by EG A/S. At Lundgrens, we are proud to have assisted Capto A/S with the transaction.

Capto A/S was founded in 1987 and specializes in software systems to law firms, legal departments, member organizations, and providers of courses. The company has more than 3,500 users spread over 150 legal clients and 45 organizations. Amongst other, the products include the business solutions Adco+, CapLegal, Course Management, Membership Management, Capto Real Estate, as well as their innovative solution Capto365, which is 100% cloud based.

EG A/S acquire all assests in Capto A/S, and the acquisitions will strengthen their position within legaltech. In the future, Capto A/S will be a part of the business entity EG Legal.
