At Lundgrens, we are pleased to have assisted the owner of the Danish companies Kiltin and Kirk Chemicals with its sale to SSG.
Kiltin/Kirk Chemicals are a Danish pest control provider with more than 70 specialists and has a solid presence on the market as one of the leading providers to both municipalities and large businesses.
SSG A/S was founded in 1993 and is today considered the leading pest-, industry- and real estate control services in the Nordic countries. The company is owned by private equity firm Polaris.
In a press release, Carsten Fensholt, Group CEO of SSG states: “First of all, we acquire a healthy business with some of the country’s best employees. Under the leadership of Niels Jacobsen, Kiltin has managed to expand its position on the market and at the same time maintain a strong culture.”
