Lundgrens is pleased to have assisted the owners of the Danish, Aalborg-based IT company, Logimatic Solutions, in their sale to the Italian classification society, RINA.
Logimatic Solutions is a Danish software and automation systems solutions provider with more than 120 employees in offices in Aalborg (DK), Værløse (DK) Singapore and Chile.
RINA provides a wide range of services across the Energy, Marine, Certification, Transport & Infrastructure and Industry sectors with net revenues in 2020 of 495 million Euros, over 3,900 employees and 200 offices in 70 countries worldwide.
The transaction will add Logimatic’s highly specialized SERTICA fleet management software, which is widely used throughout the maritime industry, to the RINA portfolio of maritime systems.
