Lundgrens is proud to have assisted the owners of OKNygaard in their sale of the company to idverde.
Idverde is Europe’s largest landscaping and ground maintenance group and is owned by the Belgian private equity fund, Core Equity Holdings.
The acquisition follows idverde’s acquisition of Malmos earlier this year where Lundgrens assisted Malmos on the sell-side as well.
OKNygaard will together with Malmos jointly be idverde Denmark, the largest landscaping provider in Denmark.
