In connection with the recent sale of Damhus Kroen, Lundgrens has assisted the seller.
Damhus Kroen is a listed property located in Copenhagen suburb Rødovre. It is currently being used as a restaurant, a nightclub, for concerts and other large events. Historically, it has also been the home of both pigeon racing and an amusement park.
Concurrently, the main building underwent extensive renovation works, restoring the building to its original design.
