The acquisition comprises a total GLA of approximately 7,841 sq m and consist of 47 residential units and a shopping center in the groundfloor, covering a GLA of 4,704 sq m, including a 2,957 sq m Coop supermarket, a pharmacy and a number of different shops. An important feature of the transaction is that it further comprises approximately 8.400 sq m building rights, which were established in 2020 through The Municipality of Hvidovre District plan 144, allowing for the development of student accommodation, apartments, retail- and carpark facilities.
The transaction was completed 1st of August 2022 and based on a project developed by KHR Archicture A/S, Zetland intents within the coming months to start the development of the project, which, besides the development of student accommodation, apartments, new shops and parking facilities, also will include the development of a new green park between the existing and the new building, a renovation of the façade on the existing building as well as a modernization of the shopping square in the ground floor.
