An arbitration award cannot be appealed. With that in mind, our approach in arbitration is exactly like in a civil case before the ordinary courts. Moreover, our attorneys advise on the composition of the arbitration tribunal to ensure that the relevant, expert or professional qualifications are available to resolve the dispute at hand.
