Professional profile
Ann Winther is an attorney and partner in Lundgrens’ Real Estate & Construction department and is a recognized specialist within M&A Real Estate. She has more than 15 years of experience in advising international and Danish clients on M&A, especially in larger complex transactions. Furthermore, she has extensive experience in advising clients on various corporate matters, e.g. joint venture structures.
Ann also advises on sustainability (ESG), including the EU Taxonomy, the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and other EU regulations. She advises the real estate industry on ESG provisions in various contracts, ESG in due diligence processes and in drafting ESG policies. Ann has completed a Mini MBA in Sustainability management, she is DGNB-Professional in new buildings and extensive renovations and buildings in use. She is also a member of the Green Building Council.
For 10 years Ann Winther has been an external lecturer at Copenhagen Business School and the University of Copenhagen in different legal areas. She has a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Melbourne and has completed CBS Executive Board Leadership Education. For many years Ann has been a mentor in various networks, and she has published a compendium in property law.
