Olivia Saceanu is an attorney in Lundgrens’ Real Estate & Construction department. She has extensive experience in advising both Danish and international companies on all aspects of real estate.
Olivia deals with both large and small cases for Lundgrens’clients. She deals in particular with the purchase and sale of commercial and residential property, commercial tenancy law, including the drafting of purchase agreements and commercial and residential leases. In addition, she has several private law litigations.
Olivia has previously been stationed in ILLUM, where she worked as an in-house legal adviser. In particular she provided legal advice within contracting and commercial contract negotiation.
