Lundgrens is delighted to have assisted Magasin with the acquisition of a retail unit of some 10,000 sqm. located in Friis Shopping Center in Aalborg from Danske Shoppingcentre.
Magasin has since 2018 been the tenant of the retail facility and will now also be the owner of the retail unit.
