Lundgrens is pleased to have assisted the founders of Les Deux ApS in their sale of the company to Röko AB with whom they will form a partnership for the further growth of Les Deux.
Les Deux was founded in 2011 and is a fast-growing Copenhagen-based menswear fashion brand.
Röko AB is a Swedish investment company investing in profitable asset-light companies.
"It's sad. But it is a strategic decision with the aim of taking the company to the next level, as it derserves, ” says co-founder and brand director, Andreas von der Heide, to Børsen.
Lundgrens' partner, Michael Gaarmann, has been part of the core strategic advisory team around Les Deux since its formation.
