Køge Business Park comprises three 4-storey office buildings with a total rental area of around 9,000 sqm. The first two buildings were completed in 2019 and 2021, while the third is expected to be completed by the end of the year, Quadoro states.
The two existing buildings are leased to more than 20 companies. The largest tenants are banks, a supermarket chain and companies in construction and surveying. The building under construction is more than 80 percent rented out.
On behalf of the seller, Claus Just-Asmussen states:
”This concludes 5 years of development work at Køge Business Park, which has been carried out in collaboration with a skilled team, consisting of architects, engineers, professional contractors and business brokers. In addition, the local support has contributed to a strong composition of solid tenants, and enabled the construction of the 9,200m2 buildings.
We see the sale to a foreign private equity fund as a recognition of the development work carried out and a confirmation of Køge as an attractive investment area.”
We are proud to have assisted the seller with the transaction. We would also like to thank Quadoro, Nordicals, Plesner, E&Y, NREIM and in particular the seller for an excellent and constructive collaboration.
