Anne Lysemose is a senior attorney in Lundgrens’ Real Estate & Construction department and has 10 years of experience advising Danish and international property investors on purchase and sale of real estate. Anne assists from the very start on the formation of contract, due diligence, completion of pre-emption (landlord's obligation to offer vacated units to tenants) and registration of real estate.

Further, Anne assists on real estate matters in general, e.g. especially within the residential lease law and the commercial lease law areas regarding drafting of lease contracts, drafting of cost-specific lease budgets,  notice of rent increase, market rent matters, improvement projects, termination and cancellation of lease agreements, removal matters etc.
