Christina Bach Rasmussen

Christina Bach Rasmussen is specialized within insurance and torts and advises primarily on business issues. Christina has thorough knowledge of and insight into disputes specifically within professional and product liability, including professional liability for attorneys and auditors, technical advisers’ liability and professional liability for management and board of directors. Moreover, Christina advises on general commercial law issues in relation to drafting of commercial contracts and risk management. Christina specialises in drafting and interpretation of insurance terms, and regularly advises on questions on insurance coverage.  

Christina conducts court cases as well as arbitration and has experience with Danish as well as international clients.

Christina teaches law of legal procedure, law of torts and insurance law. Futhermore, Christina has previously acted as external lecturer at the University of Copenhagen where she taught law of legal procedure. Christina has also been stationed with an insurance company.
