Sebastian Lysholm Nielsen works primarily with Danish and international court cases and dispute resolution. He has more than 10 years of experience conducting cases relating to acquisition/sale of companies, real estate, international transactions, insurance policies, financial contracts, bankruptcy estates and contract disputes.

In January 2012, Sebastian Lysholm Nielsen was admitted as attorney-at-law to the Bar of New York State, USA, after being awarded a LL.M. degree in Transnational Business Practice from McGeorge School of Law, California, USA. Sebastian obtained the right to appear before the Danish High Court in 2014 and he often advises Italian law firms and Italian clients in international disputes and transactions involving Danish laws as he is bilingual and fluent in Italian. In 2022, Sebastian Lysholm Nielsen obtained the right to appear before the Danish Supreme Court.
