Lundgrens has assisted the listed real estate company CATENA AB with the purchase of a logistics portfolio of over 250,000 m2, spanning over six properties across Denmark and Sweden.
The purchase was completed as a swift off-market deal in which part of the purchase price is to be paid in shares, solidifying the parties’ faith in their respective businesses.
Daniel Schiøtte Pettersson, Anne Lysemose, Ann Winther and Alessandro Traina acted on behalf of the buyer.
