Founded in 2010, SG Nordic is a leading owner of supermarket anchored neighborhood shopping centers and standalone supermarket stores in Denmark.
The buyer, Cibus Nordic Real Estate, is a Nordic listed real estate company, that acquires, develops, and manages high-quality properties with grocery chains as anchor tenants.
The SG Nordic group portfolio consists of 34 properties with supermarkets located in Denmark with rentable surfaces of approximately 76,600 square meters. The tenants are, among others, Coop Denmark, Salling Group, Dagrofa, and Reitan group, and the overall property value is approximately DKK 2.1 billion.
