Katrine W. Gottlieb is an attorney in Lundgrens’ Litigation & Arbitration Department. Katrine specializes in litigation and has conducted cases before both the courts and the Arbitration Board, Building and Construction. Katrine was qualified to practice before the Danish High Courts in 2018 and to the Supreme Court in 2023. She has considerable litigation experience, including in particular cases concerning business criminal law, tax criminal law and special offenses.
Katrine’s intensive knowledge of criminal procedural rules and experience with civil law cases is essential for safeguarding the interests of companies and private individuals if a person or company is involved in a criminal conflict.
Katrine advises on all aspects of business criminal law, including in connection with supervision, control and enforcement by the authorities and during investigations, including searches, interrogations and as defense counsel in criminal proceedings.
Katrine is simultaneously working on a PhD thesis on procedural guarantees and she has for several years taught criminal law and criminal procedure as well as the subject of continuous contract at the University of Copenhagen. Furthermore, Katrine has experience from her employment with the courts of law.
Katrine is appointed to the Procesbevillingsnævnet for appeals as a deputy attorney. Additionally, she is a member of the Danish Bar Association’s criminal law committee and the Danish representative at CCBE in the Criminal Law Committee.
