We are pleased to have acted for HighBrook Investors with the expansion of their Danish logistic portfolio with the acquisition of further five logistic assets.
The five logistic assets are located in Greve, Lynge, Vejle and two in Taastrup and have a total lettable gross area of approximately 50,000 sqm. The transactions have been completed by way of both share deals and an asset deal.
